Abstract:
To provide a bathroom counter with improved quick-drying properties.SOLUTION: Provided is a bathroom counter which is installed in a washing area of a bathroom and on which a washbasin can be placed, comprising: a countertop base material comprising a resin molded body with a grained finish forming a number of convex and concave portions on the upper surface, the upper surface of which is inclined in at least one direction; and a hydrophilic surface layer covering at least the entire upper surface of the counter substrate. The thickness of the hydrophilic surface layer is such that the shape of the convex and concave portions remains on the surface of the bathroom counter. The counter base material is formed so that water channels that weave between the convex portions connect the adjacent concave portions and continue to the side ends of the counter base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
