PURPOSE: To realize the bathroom equipment low in noise and capable of eliminating noise generated from a circulating pump and a piping line in the inside of a bathroom active control, and comforably lisening to music of a television, etc., while using a bubble injecting device.

CONSTITUTION: By a first acoustic pressure detector 7, a foam injection noise generated from a circulating pump 2 and a piping line 4 is detected as acoustic pressure, and based on its signal, an opposite phase signal is calculated by an arithmetic unit 17, and acoustic waves of an opposite phase are generated by an acoustic wave generting means 8 provied on buthtub walls 12 and eliminated in a bathroom 9 by a phase interference. Also, by adaptive control for evaluating the noise-eliminating amount, based on a signal of a second acoustic pressure detector 16 of a bathtub handrail part 14, the noise generated from the circulating pump 2 and the piping line 4 subjected to time aging can always be minimized, and also, music and a voice of a tuner 11 of a television 10 and a radio, etc., can be enjoyed while using a bubble injecting device 5.
