This bathroom lighting system, which is arranged on a wall or a ceiling so as to irradiate the surface of the water in the bathtub installed inside a bathroom with light from a light source, is characterized in that a lighting state of the light source is repeatedly controlled in a predetermined cycle such as a constant cycle by a control means. The control means controls, for example, at least either colors or the quantities of the light from multicolor LEDs as the light sources, and controls the quantities of the light so that the quantities of the light can be changed stepwise, in switching between the quantities of the light from the LEDs for the respective colors.
