The bathroom mist sauna apparatus MS includes: mist valves 57, 58; heaters 60, 61, 62; and a CPU 40 as a control means for controlling them. The CPU 40 forms a sweating zone for urging the sweating of the bathing person by collaterally performing mist jetting to a bathroom by a mist nozzle and temperature raising in the bathroom by the heaters, and performs zone separation air conditioning control for forming a cool zone allowing at least the sweating bathing person in the sweating zone to have a cool feeling in response to the formation of the sweating zone. By the control, cycle bathing by which the bathing person can move between the sweating zone and the cool zone in the bathroom and alternately experiences sweating and cooling, is made possible.
