A control board 10 disposed on a body 6 has a memorizing means 15, a detecting circuit 13 for detecting power distribution of a power source, and an integrating means 14 for integrating a power distribution time of the power source. The power distribution time is integrated by the integrating means 14 when power distribution is detected by the detecting circuit 13, the periodically-integrated power distribution time is written and memorized in the memorizing means 15, and the power distribution time memorized in the memorizing means 15 is made known by a user. Thus, the user can confirm status of use of a product by obtaining the use period on the basis of the integrated power distribution time and can prevent smoke generation and the like by properly performing maintenance.
