The bathroom ventilating, heating and drying device is automatically operated according to the user's use status. The device includes history information about an operation indicated by at least one piece of information about wind volume setting, wind direction setting, or temperature setting, with an operational mode made essential; an operation assuming means 11 for predicting the most suitable operation according to the history information; a stay-home detection means 13 for detecting if the user is at home: and an automatic operation pre-reporting means 14 for reporting to the user that an automatic operation will be started a predetermined period of time before the automatic operation starts, if the user is detected to stay home, and for putting the device in a standby state. Thus when the user is at home, it can be known in advance when and what kind of automatic operation will be started and to deal with whether the automatic operation should be performed, so an operation matching the user's intention is performed.
