To provide a bathtub device capable of effectively performing the lymph massage in the half-body bathing or in the whole-body bathing by changing the bathing posture in a bathtub with a half-body bathing step.
The bathtub device comprises the bathtub, a plurality of nozzles disposed in the longitudinal direction of the bathtub for jetting bath water, bath water with bubbles or bubbles, and a control part for controlling the way of jetting of bath water, bath water with bubbles or bubbles. Bath water, bath water with bubbles or bubbles is periodically and repeatedly jetted from the nozzles a plurality of times in the order from the toe side to the head side of a bathing person according to the control by the control part. The bathtub device also has a detection means for detecting the position of the toes of the bathing person, and controls the control part based on the result of detection of the posture of the bathing person by the detection means.
