PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buttered dough for bakery topping which prevents falling off during baking and contamination on a top plate, and prevents contamination on a wrapping material by excessive oil separation at the time of distribution and storage after baking; a composite bakery dough capable of obtaining a bakery product having the features; and a bakery product having the features.SOLUTION: There are provided a buttered dough for bakery topping which contains an acid oil-in-water type emulsified composition; a composite bakery dough using the buttered dough for bakery topping; and a bakery product using the composite bakery dough.SELECTED DRAWING: None
