To provide a battery capable of absorbing heat by a power generation element and surely releasing the heat to the outside of the battery, and to provide a vehicle mounted with the battery and a battery-mounted apparatus.

The battery 1 is provided with: a power generation element 50; a battery case 10 surrounding a containing space CS composed of insulating resin, and having resin containing walls 22 and 32P surrounding at least a part of the containing space; an exhaust heat member 40 composed of a favorablly-conductive material. A part of the exhaust heat member is a heat absorbing part 41 arranged at the containing space side rather than the resin exhaust heat wall 32P which is a part of the resin containing wall, forming the exhaust heat wall 32 together with the resin exhaust heat wall, and absorbing heat in the containing space. The other part of the exhaust heat member is a heat radiation part arranged outside the battery case and radiating heat to the outside of the battery case.
