Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small battery breaker in which action of a bimetal is quick and of good reaction.
SOLUTION: The battery breaker is constituted with a fixed contact (16), a movable contact (11), a movable piece (12), a bimetal (20) of which an inversion central part is prepared around the center, and a case (30) and its lid (35). The fixed contact (16) is prepared on one edge side (32) within the case (30). The movable piece (12) to which the movable contact (11) is joined, is extended from the other edge side (38) of the case (30) to the fixed contact (16). Moreover, projected sections (13), (14) are formed on the movable piece (12). If temperature becomes higher than a predetermined temperature, the bimetal (20) is inverted and the movable piece (12) is pushed up, and the movable contact (11) is deserted from the fixed contact (16), then, current is intercepted.
