Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the operation of attaching or removing a battery case to or from a motor-driven tool with good controllability.
SOLUTION: Hook buttons 12 are stored in spaces between a frame part 9 and an interior wall 8 which project outward on the right and left of the lower cover 2 of a battery case 1. Each hook button 12 comprises an inclined finger grip 13, side edges 14, 14 serving as stoppers in the outward direction, and an upper end 15, the side edges 14, 14 having at their lower ends support legs 16, 16 serving as fulcrums of oscillation, the upper end 15 having a hook 17. Between the hook button 12 and the interior wall 8, a plate spring 18 which is given elasticity by a center short abutting piece 19 and by both right and left curved pieces 20, 20 is interposed by a cut in one end and is inserted between the frame part 9 and the interior wall 8 with the other uncut end 18a down, and the abutting piece 19 is made to abut to the interior wall 8 while the curved pieces 20, 20 abuts to the back of the finger grip 13, so that the hook button 12 is pressed against the frame part 9.
