In the case of takeout of the portable telephone set 14, the opening of the door 16 is enabled by an unlocking means (the solenoid 31, an exclusive key, etc.). Thus, the portable telephone set 14 in a casing 11 is not carried by a third part even without placing the guard around it at the portable telephone set 14 is stored in the casing 11.
