Abstract:
This battery charging/discharging circuit is provided with: a charging circuit unit capable of charging a plurality of secondary batteries in parallel and individually; a series connecting switch unit for connecting the plurality of secondary batteries in series and supplying DC power from the plurality of secondary batteries connected in series to a load unit; a charging operation switch unit for supplying an external power, which is an externally supplied DC power, to the load unit and the charging circuit unit and causing the charging circuit unit to operate; and a switching circuit unit for detecting whether the external power has been supplied or not and, if the external power has been detected, removing the series connection state of the series connecting switch unit and bringing the charging operation switch unit into a state for supplying the external power to the load unit and the charging circuit unit.
