Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress molding failures by preventing a spring back phenomenon when a reinforcement material obtained by bending an extrusion molding material is insert-molded.SOLUTION: Upper reinforcement materials 22 and 24 are obtained by bending processing of an extrusion molding material. A plurality of lower reinforcement materials 14-17 are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the upper reinforcement materials 22 and 24, and respectively have fitting parts 14c, 15c, 16c, and 17c fitted by the upper reinforcement materials 22 and 24. The upper reinforcement materials 22 and 24 are held while fitting in the fitting parts 14c, 15c, 16c, and 17c.
