PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cooling device which efficiently exhausts heat to the exterior of a case.SOLUTION: A battery cooling device 1 includes: a blower 4 that is one example of fluid driving means; and a protrusion part 5 serving as multiple passage formation means which distributes air sent from the blower 4 to multiple passages so that the air is placed in contact with at least two wall surfaces and then is placed in contact with battery cells 3.
