Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cooling device capable of effectively cooling a battery to temperature change or the like caused by heat generation at the time of charge and discharge of the battery which depends on vehicle driving conditions, and environmental change such as outside air temperature. SOLUTION: In a cooling passage 3 where a part or all of the battery 2 is exposed, an evaporator 7 cooled by refrigerant supplied from a freezing cycle 10 of an air conditioner through a refrigerant bypass passage 11 is disposed, and air in the cooling passage 3 is circulated by a blower 6, thereby the battery can be effectively cooled.
