Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cooler for suppressing variation in battery temperature with respect to a plurality of cells juxtaposed in a direction in which a fluid flows, and for reducing the device size.SOLUTION: A battery cooler 1 comprises battery stacks 2, 2A, a battery case 4 forming an internal space 40 in which the battery stacks 2, 2A are accommodated, a heat radiation fin 32, a fluid passage 50 in which a fluid for cooling the heat radiation fin 32 flows, and a passage formation member 5 for forming the fluid passage 50. The fluid passage 50 is shut off from the internal space 40 in which electricity-conducting parts of the battery stacks 2, 2A are present. The heat radiation fin 32 is insulated from the electricity-conducting parts in the battery stacks 2, 2A, and is a member through which heat generation of the battery stacks 2, 2A is propagated. A first inflow port 51 and a second inflow port 52 provided in the passage formation member 5 are provided upstream of fluid flow from an outflow part 53 and separately in the upstream side and downstream side of the fluid flowing in the fluid passage 50.
