To provide a small battery with an excellent electrochemical characteristic using a solid electrolyte, and an equipment with it.
Coating liquid containing a negative electrode active substrate is applied on a surface of a negative collector in a stripe pattern using a nozzle scan method, and dried, so as to form a negative electrode active substrate layer having a line-and-space structure (steps S101, S102). Then, the coating liquid containing the solid electrolyte material is applied on the surface of the negative electrode active substrate layer by a spin coat method (step S103), and heated to a temperature lower than a glass transition point of the electrolyte material and dried, so as to form a thin and constant solid electrolyte layer according to projections and indentations of the negative electrode active substrate layer. Furthermore, coating liquid containing the positive electrode active substrate is applied on the surface of the solid electrolyte layer (step S105), and a positive electrode collector is laminated (step S106). Thereafter, the coating liquid containing the positive electrode active substrate is heated to a temperature not less than the glass transition point of the electrolyte material, so that the solid electrolyte is fluidized and brought into close contact with the active substrate layer.
