To provide a battery pack capable of improving workability of connection work electrically connecting adjoining battery groups while suppressing increase in weight by making a loading direction of the battery suitable.
A battery part 30 of the battery pack device 10 is provided with a first battery group 31 and a second battery group 32 overlapped on both sides of an upper stage tray 50. The batteries 33c, 33l of the first battery group 31 are arranged in a second attitude where a position of a terminal 39 is higher in an upper direction X than the terminal 39 in a first attitude. The batteries 33n, 33v of the second battery group 32 are arranged in the first attitude. A hole 52 through which a terminal 39 of the batteries 33c, 33l passes to the second battery group 32 side is formed on the upper stage tray 50. The batteries 33c, 33n are electrically connected with a busbar 41v. The batteries 33l, 33v are electrically connected with a busbar 41w.
