Abstract:
To detect disconnection of a second power source line in a battery pack including a control unit to be driven by power to be supplied from at least one of the first and second power source lines.SOLUTION: A battery pack 1 includes: a first power source line L1 connected to an auxiliary machine battery Bam via a relay Re; a second power source line L2 connected to the auxiliary machine battery Bam; a control unit 6 which is driven by power supplied from at least one of the first power source line L1 and the second power source line L2 increments a turning-on frequency Con of the relay Re and determines whether the relay Re is turned off; and a non-volatile memory 4. The control unit 6 detects whether the second power source line L2 is disconnected based on the turning-on frequency Con stored in the non-volatile memory 4 and a fact that the relay Re is turned-off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
