Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack manufacturing method and a manufacturing device which enable the reduction in facility cost with good productivity.SOLUTION: A battery pack manufacturing method comprises: an inverting step for inverting a second flat type battery to be stacked on a first flat type battery around an axis of a protruding direction of positive and negative electrode tabs before stacking; and a trimming step for trimming positive and negative electrode tabs of the first flat type battery, and the positive and negative electrode tabs of the second flat type battery. In the trimming step, the positive and negative electrode tabs of the first flat type battery, and the positive and negative electrode tabs of the second flat type battery are trimmed in the same shape so that they are offset from one another when viewed from a stacking direction with the inverted second flat type battery stacked on the first flat type battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
