Thus, a confirmation signal outputted from the confirmation signal output terminal 21 enters the confirmation signal input terminal 22, and a signal of the confirmation signal output terminal 21 and a signal of the confirmation signal input terminal 22 are coincided with each other. When the shocks are given to the battery pack 1, at least one of shock detection boards 3b, 3c, and 3d is cut off, and the patterns between the confirmation signal output terminal 21 and the confirmation signal input terminal 22 are disconnected. Consequently, the confirmation signal outputted from the confirmation signal output terminal 21 does not enter the confirmation signal input terminal 22, and the signal of the confirmation signal output terminal 21 and the signal of the confirmation signal input terminal 22 are not coincided with each other.
