Title:
BATTERY PACK VOLTAGE DETECTION CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3738721
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct-measuring type battery pack voltage detection circuit capable of reducing a bad influence of an invading noise without reducing the short-circuit protection function of a multiplexer.
SOLUTION: When reading out the voltage of each battery module VB1-VB14 to a differential voltage detection circuit 5 through a resistance element circuit 2 and the multiplexer 3, a capacitor C1 is connected between a pair of input terminals X, Y of the differential voltage detection circuit 5. Hereby, a resistance element of the resistance element circuit 2 performing the short-circuit protection function of the multiplexer 3 can be made to function as a resistance element of an RC low-pass filter circuit additionally. Consequently, both the short-circuit protection of the multiplexer 3 and reduction of the invading noise can be realized, and according to increase of an input resistance of a differential amplifying circuit 5, reduction of its power consumption or circuit protection can be realized.
