Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery package and a device and a method of charging the battery package which is capable of preventing the deterioration of a secondary battery and efficiently charging the secondary battery.
SOLUTION: A battery package 20 having a secondary battery 22, a case 21 for housing the secondary battery 22, and an external terminal 25 provided in the case 21 and connected to the secondary battery 22 also has a secondary battery temperature measuring unit 23 for measuring the temperature of the secondary battery 22 and an overcharge protecting unit 24 connected to the secondary battery temperature measuring unit 23 and for changing the charging voltage on the basis of the measurement value of the secondary battery temperature measuring unit 23, and a discharge unit 38 for lowering the battery voltage.
