Abstract:
To impart contradictory characteristics to the surface of a battery packaging material, such as preventing a protective tape from being peeled off inadvertently and allowing it to be removed without leaving any adhesive on a tape.SOLUTION: A battery packaging material 1 includes a base material layer 13, a heat-fusible resin layer 15, a barrier layer 11 arranged between these two layers, and a base material protective layer 20 that is provided as the outermost layer on the outside of the base material layer 13, and the base material protective layer 20 includes a binder resin 21, and soft resin fine particles with a glass transition point Tg of less than 30°C, hard resin fine particles with a glass transition point Tg of 30°C or higher, and inorganic fine particles as solid fine particles 22.
