PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a battery pack having a structure suitable for an electrically operated vehicle working under an ambient environment, where foreign matters such as grasses or straws are floating, is desired.SOLUTION: A battery pack 6 to be mounted on an electrically operated vehicle includes a sealed battery case 60 consisting of a front case 61 and a rear case 62, a horizontal partition wall 63 for sectioning the inside of the case 61 vertically into a first space S1 and a second space S2, and sectioning the inside of the case 62 vertically into a third space S3 and a fourth space S4, an electrical unit 68 to be housed in one of the first, second, third and fourth spaces, and a battery module 6A to be housed in each of the remaining spaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
