PURPOSE: To provide a battery positive electrode sheet ensuring high positive electrode utility efficiency and offering an easy manufacture method, and a totally solid secondary battery using the sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A battery positive electrode sheet is provided in such state as particulates of a battery positive electrode active material and an electronic conductivity material dispersed in a high molecular solid electrolyte. In this case, the first component of the high molecular solid electrolyte is a high molecular matrix, the second component is a high polymer of polyethylene oxide expressed as A(CH2-CH2-O)n-B, where A stands for H, OH or an organic group, B for H or an organic group, and 'n'=2 to 30), and the third component is high polymer, a surface active agent or a mixture thereof. This third component acts to stabilize the mutual dispersion of other two components.
