Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a battery rest capacity display device which displays the rest time for the operation of the electronic equipment corresponding to the battery rest quantity by numerals.
CONSTITUTION: A battery rest capacity display device is equipped with a CPU 1 for carrying out a variety of control, battery voltage detector 2 for detecting the voltage of a battery, temperature detector 3 for detecting the temperature, ROM 5 which memorize the electric discharge characteristic data of a power source battery and a display part 6. The rest time for driving a load under the temperature condition at present is calculated on the basis of the electric discharge characteristic data in the case where the specific load is driven, under the condition of the voltage detected by the battery voltage detector 2, temperature detected by the temperature detector 3 under the control by the CPU 1, and under the specific temperature memorized in the ROM 5. The calculated rest time is displayed by the numerals on a display part 6.
