Abstract:
To provide a battery system including a secondary battery comprising a CID, the battery system inhibiting the CID from being actuated before notifying a user of reaching a state in which the CID can be actuated.SOLUTION: An ECU calculates a conduction charge amount Q during a period in which a battery voltage VB exceeds a threshold voltage Va (S111). The ECU reads out a first map and collates the first map with the conduction charge amount Q calculated at S111 to estimate an addition agent decomposition amount A (S113). The ECU reads out a second map and collates the second map with the addition agent decomposition amount A calculated at S113 to calculate a threshold correction amount ΔDth (S115).
