To provide a battery temperature detecting device capable of improving sensitivity of an input analog signal which is temperature information of a battery cell, in a predetermined range.
The battery temperature detecting device according to the present invention includes an analog output amplifier 14 for converting and outputting an input analog signal that is temperature information of a battery cell 20, into an output analog signal using a predetermined primary function. In the primary function used by the analog output amplifier 14, a predetermined range of the input analog signal is defined as a sensitivity improving range, and the absolute value of a gradient in the sensitivity improving range is larger than the absolute value of a gradient in a sensitivity non-improving range.
