Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the installation work performance of the current sensor.
SOLUTION: The terminal 2 on the side of battery has a tightening ring 5 for tightening and fixing the battery post 1 and a connecting member 8 extends from here. The current sensor 4 has a slit 14 opened at the sensor part 4A, and can insert the connecting member 8 through this. The battery side terminal 2 and the current sensor 4 are delivered to the connecting site in a state of integration in one body. At the site of connecting work, the connecting member 8 and the harness side terminal 3 are overlapped after adjusting and tightened by a bolt. As this work is done at the separate position from the battery, there are no obstacles of the work and the work is proceeded smoothly.
