Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a time from notification of a first stage that a service life of a battery is nearly finished, to notification of a second stage that the battery is consumed to a degree not performing combustion operation, for example, to about three weeks even when any of an alkaline battery and a manganese battery is used.SOLUTION: A battery type burning appliance includes a control portion 100 operating a battery 101 as a power source. The control portion 100 has a battery voltage detection function for detecting a voltage of the battery 100, a first stage notification function implementing a first notification when a battery voltage value Vp detected by the battery voltage detection function is less than a first threshold value Vlife, and a second threshold value Vdead or more, a second stage notification function implementing a second notification when the battery voltage value Vp is less than the second threshold value Vdead, a battery kind determination function for determining a kind of the battery, and a threshold value optimization function for setting values of the first and second threshold values Vlife, Vdead according to the kind of the battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
