Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell voltage detection device and a cell voltage detection method such that the constitution is simplified by decreasing the number of voltage detection device and switch circuit, and one or all of voltages by unit cells, voltages by cell blocks, and the voltage of the whole cells can be detected.SOLUTION: A cell voltage detection device 1 which detects a voltage of a single cell comprising a secondary cell or a set cell 10 constituted by connecting a plurality of single cells B1 to BX, each comprising a plurality of secondary cells connected in parallel, in series. The cell voltage detection device 1 comprises a voltage detection device 2 which detects the voltage of the whole unit cells 10. Switch circuits C1 to CX having opening/closing switches S1 to SX corresponding to the single cells B1 to BX are connected to the voltage detection device 2 so as to detect one or all of the voltages by the single cells B1 to BX, voltages by cell packs P1 to PX of the plurality of single cells B1 to BX, and the voltage of the whole set cell 10 through opening/closing control over the opening/closing switches S1 to SX.
