Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting to a printed circuit board by stabilizing welding quality of an outer connecting lead plate and preventing being hooked to a tray or a position adjusting jig.
SOLUTION: In this battery, a circular expanded part of the central part 12 of an outer connecting lead plate 10 is positioned on the outer surface of an outer terminal 21, a blanking burr 15 is arranged so as to be oriented to the inside of an outer jacket can 20, and the outer connecting lead plate 10 is welded in appropriate portions (for example, four portions of A, B, C, and D) on the central part 12. Since the diameter of the central part 12 of the outer connecting lead part 10 is formed larger than that of the outer terminal 21, in a state that the circular expanded part of the central part 12 is positioned on the outer surface of the outer terminal 21, the blanking burr 15 does not come in contact with the outer terminal 21. Since the central part 12 is closely brought into contact with the outer surface of the outer terminal 21 and welded, welding quality is enhanced, and projection of the blanking burr 15 upward from the outer connecting lead plate 10 is prevented.
