A collector 11 composed of metallic material including a metallic element not forming intermetallic with Li, such as Cu, Ni, Ti, Fe, Cr or the like, an active material layer 12 including Si, Ge or alloy of one of these, and a thin membrane layer 13 composed of metallic material including at least one of metallic elements and semimetallic elements capable of forming solid solution with and not forming intermetallic with lithium, such as Cu, Ni or the like, are multilayered in the listed order. The collector 11 alloys with the active material layer 12, and the thin membrane layer 13 alloys with the active material layer 12.
