To simply construct the above dressing unit both in new construction and remodeling by connecting side members, the upper side parts of which are shaped to be higher on this side, to both sides of a front plate, stretching a roof member between both sides of a front plate, and installing a mirror on the surface on this side of the front plate to form a bay window type dressing table unit.
Side members 11 are projected on this side on both sides of a front plate and connected to each other. The upper side parts of the side members 11 are shaped with a gradient to be higher on this side, and a roof member 12 is stretched between the inclined upper side parts. The roof member 12 is formed by a light transmitting plate such as a transparent glass or the like to take natural light from above. Shelf boards 13 are connected to the base of the front plate and the respective bases of the side members 11 to form a box-shaped bay window type unit, a mirror 14 is installed on the front plate to form a bay window type mirror unit. The mirror 14 is selected to such a size that a part of the front plate is exposed to the upper side, and the exposed part of the front plate is formed by a light transmitting plate to take natural light also from the front part.
