Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bayonet coupling for low temperature fluid to reduce manufacturing cost by modifying a vacuum jacket part mounted on a mounting hole piercing through the wall surface of a vacuum vessel and easily bring the heat insulation vacuum part of a vacuum jacket part into a high vacuum state.
SOLUTION: This coupling comprises a fixed heat insulation pipe 2; and a moving heat insulation pipe 3 fitted in the fixed heat insulation pipe 2. The fixed heat insulation pipe 2 is mounted on the mounting hole 10 of a vacuum vessel 9 and the fixed heat insulation pipe 2 has a vacuum jacket part 6 forming a heat insulation vacuum part 13, and a through-hole 31 for communication to perform intercommunication between the heat insulation vacuum part 13 and a vacuum chamber 12 in the vacuum vessel 9 is formed in the vacuum jacket part 6.
