A rake 13 is provided on the front side of a traveling vehicle body 1, a conveying conveyor 22 having a brush 29 is provided above the rake 13, and a garbage reception section 41 is provided behind the conveying conveyor 22. As the traveling vehicle body 1 is traveled, the garbage on a sand beach is scooped up by the rake 13, conveyed backward on the rake 13 by the brush 29, and stored in the garbage reception section 41. A rotary brush 81 is provided behind the traveling vehicle body 1. The garbage not acquired by the rake 13 is scraped up by the rotary brush 81 and stored in a garbage storage section 107.
