To provide beacon test equipment which can test an on-vehicle beacon receiver in the same way as running on roads, without requiring special devices.
The beacon test equipment comprises a radio reception part 104 for receiving a radio beacon signal; a data signal demodulation part 105 for extracting traffic information from the received radio beacon signal; a phase information extraction part 106 for extracting phase information of the radio beacon signal from the received radio beacon signal; an envelope waveform extraction part 107 for extracting information of the signal level of the received radio beacon signal; storage parts 108 and 109 for storing radio beacon signal simulation data including extracted traffic information, phase information, and signal level of the radio beacon signal; and test parts 121, 122, 123, and 124 for generating a simulation signal of the radio beacon signal on the basis of radio beacon signal simulation data stored in the storage parts 108 and 109.
