Abstract:
To prevent generation of a vulcanization defect while suppressing increase of a manufacturing cost.
A bead core 5 is embedded in a bead part 4 of a pneumatic tire 1. The bead core 5 comprises: a ring-shaped bead core body 11 wound in a multicolumn and a multistage by non-stretchable bead wire 13; and fiber cord 12 wound in a spiral shape around an outer peripheral surface 11s of the bead core body 11 and not applied to dip processing.
