Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam clamp in which a cost is reduced by providing the falling prevention piece of a slide nut integrally molding a latch part on a slip stop part, and latching the latch part by the slide nut so that the slip stop part is positioned in the lower side of the bottom of a clamp body.
SOLUTION: The insertion hole 5a of a hanging bolt 3 is formed in the center of the slip stop part 5 of a falling prevention piece. In addition, a latch part 6 extended from the front and rear of the slip stop part 5 is folded through a slot 1d upward. Next, the edge 6a is latched by the upper edge of a slide nut 2. The slip stop part 5 and the latch part 6 are integrally molded, and the latch part 6 is folded on a folding part S1. Then, the edge 6a of the latch part 6 is formed to inward be folded on a folding part S2. The edge 6a of the latch part 6 presses the upper edge 2a for upward movement of the nut 2, and the slip stop part 5 contacts and regulates the bottom 1c of the body 1. In addition, with regard to movement exceeding the slot 1d, the latch part 6 contacts on a terminal. Thereby cost reduction necessary for body deformation working can be performed.
