To provide a beam-column connection structure being capable of joining a beam and a column by simple works on the construction field of a building while enabling a junction so that a tensile force and a shearing force in the axial direction of the column can be transmitted.
The end face of the column 3 is abutted and joined on the top face of the wooden beam 2a built in the lateral direction, and a screw member 4a having a large diameter is screwed in the vertical direction in the beam. A joint metal 8 is fixed while being screwed to a tapped hole formed in the axial direction from the end face of the screw member. The joint metal has a cylinder body and a bolt, which is inserted into the cylinder body and in which a front end section is screwed to the tapped hole of the screw member. The cylinder body is fixed in the vertical direction by the bolt. A hole in the vertical direction is formed to the end face of the column, and the cylinder body is fitted into the hole while the column and the cylinder body are engaged by an engaging pin 9 inserted so as to penetrate to the joint metal from the side face of the column.
