To provide a beam construction method using a constructed beam to reduce bending stress by construction load.
In this beam construction method for constructing a main beam 23 by using the constructed beam 1, an outer cable 12 is arranged on an inner side or an outer side of the constructed beam 1 so as to have a downward projecting arrangement shape in the longitudinal direction of the beam, and an end part of the outer cable 12 is fixed to an end part or an intermediate part of the constructed beam 1 by tension to reinforce by the outer cable 12 to reduce amount of deflection δ. The outer cable is fixed to an end part vertical frame member or a horizontal beam in the end part of the constructed beam 1. A deflection part for supporting the outer cable 12 is provided at a position where it is apart from both end parts of the constructed beam 1 by substantially 1/3 to 1/4 of length of the constructed beam to a central side. A deflection part is also provided on a chord member in the constructed beam 1 or the horizontal beam provided on the constructed beam.
