A bracket is composed of a first metal fitting 3 and a second metal fitting 4. The first metal fitting 3 and the second metal fitting 4 have at least two or more of belt-like parts 31 and 41 abutting on its inner surface at an interval in a peripheral shape on a column 1 side surface. A fence beam 2 is installed in vertical plate-like fence beam installing parts 32 and 42 oppositely formed on both ends of the belt-lime parts 31 and 41. The two belt-like parts 41 of the second metal fitting 4 are positioned between the two belt-like parts 31 of the first metal fitting 3. The belt-like part 31 of the first metal fitting 3 and the belt-like part 41 of the second metal fitting 4, are allowed to abut on a column 1. Since the vertical movement of the second metal fitting 4 to the column 1 is checked by a metal fitting installing bolt B1 fastened to the column 1 between the two belt-like parts 41 of the second metal fitting 4, the first metal fitting 3 and the second metal fitting 4 can be simultaneously fastened to the column by one metal fitting installing bolt B1, and the workability can be largely improved.
