To provide a floor with excellent anti-floor-vibration and soundproof performance in a state wherein a basic constitution of a conventional building structure can be rather simplified without being changed.
A beam structure 11 is equipped with a beam 12, a soundproof material 13 on the beam 12, and a floor slab on the soundproof material 13. The soundproof material 13 is composed of a plurality of independent impact-absorbing members 13A with different spring characteristics. At least either of the top surface and undersurface of the member 13A is provided with a slender supporting material 13B. The respective members 13A are separated from each other in the length direction of the supporting material 13B. The respective members 13A are connected and integrated together by being fixed to the supporting material 13B. The soundproof material 13 is longitudinally precompressed, and the soundproof material 13 is fixed to the beam 12 or the floor slab 14.
