Abstract:
To provide a beam for an upper structure of a vehicle of light weight and low cost adapted to loads generated at respective positions.
This beam 4 for an upper structure of a vehicle is formed by hydraulic expansion (inner high pressure deformation), and the beam 4 comprises at least two hollow molded bodies 9, 10 coupled with each other by forming coupling or formation binding, and hydraulically expanded to be extended in parallel.
