To provide a bean-curd refuse stirring and drying apparatus intended for solving such defects that (1) a conventional bean-curd refuse stirring and drying apparatus and a drying method for bean curd refuse are too complicated to perform drying treatment and production batch continuously and (2) it takes too much time for a process interval between a drying process and a cooling process and the processes themselves, so various bacteria and undying germs easily reproduce in bean-curd refuse.

The bean-curd refuse stirring and drying apparatus has a vacuum cooling tank 2 supplied with bean-curd refuse and communicated to a vacuum pump 5, a cushion tank 3 storing a fixed quantity of bean-curd refuse discharged from the vacuum cooling tank 2, a fixed quantity feeder 13 supplying bean-curd refuse discharged from the cushion tank 3 to a drying oven body 6, opening closing devices A, B, C and D arranged on connection parts to a feeder 18, the vacuum cooling tank 2, the cushion tank 3 and the fixed quantity feeder 13, the drying oven main body 6 drying with hot air while stirring bean-curd refuse sent from the fixed quantity feeder 13, a heat switching device 10 warming air to blow into the drying oven body 6 and a hot air producing device 7 sending hot air into the heat switching device 10.
