The bean curd refuse tea is obtained through subjecting bean curd refuse to freeze-dry treatment, and pulverizing the freeze-dry bean curd refuse. Alternatively, the bean curd refuse tea is obtained through soaking soybeans in ozonous water, squeezing the soybeans to obtain soy milk followed by subjecting the bean curd refuse to freeze dry. Further alternatively, the bean curd refuse tea is obtained through making picked-up tea leaves come in contact to ozone, drying the tea leaves to produce tea, and the other hand, soaking soybeans in ozonous water, squeezing the soybeans to obtain soy milk followed by subjecting the bean curd refuse to freeze dry, and mixing the dried tea with the freeze-dry soybean curd refuse.
