To provide a bean curd slicing device which can finely slice bean curd unstable in shape, and mass-produce cubic pieces of bean curd by easy work inexpensively and is very useful in cookrooms of a food factory, a restaurant and a general home.

One side of a storing main body for storing bean curd 1 is provided with a sliding guide part for sliding a presser 3, and the opposite side is provided with a slice discharge opening part 5 in which an opening face of a discharge opening part 5A from which the bean curd pressed by the presser 3 is discharged is demarcated in a designated shape and the pushed-out bean curd 1 is sliced into the demarcated shape and discharged. A cutting plate 6 such as a knife, a cutter plate or the like is provided on the drum peripheral surface of the storing main body and inserted in the storing main body, and cutting guide holes 7 for cutting the bean curd 1 stored in the storing main body are arranged side by side at designated spaces in pressing direction of the presser 3 in a large number.
