Abstract:

To pull out a ground reinforcement effect by a sheet pile to the maximum after sufficiently raising the bottom contact pressure of a footing in a bridge applied to a rail-road and a roadway.

A bag-like expansion member 16 is put between an upper pressurized plate 14 and a lower pressurized plate 15, and a reaction force security device 13 connecting a grout injection pipe 6 to the expansion member 16 is installed on the lower side of the footing 3. When grout 7 is injected into the expansion member 16, the expansion member 16 is expanded to push the upper pressurized plate 14 and the lower pressurized plate 15 up and down. As a result, vertical stress generated on the bottom of the footing 3 is increased to increase a bearing capacity.
